A walk

A walk

Measuring heart
 one street away

the feel (now) of fellow strollers nearby

 the one (then)
 of a cicada song

The rain has stopped

Work in progress

 o'clock*

 and then the walnut
 the fold as it
 appears and
 neighboring items
 a sycamore leaf
 scudding along
 the street just
 ahead he sees it
then the florist's still open at this hour !

* Possibly a new start. Considered unfinished just now

fading light

fading light

flirtatious glimmers
of your beer glass in
the tumbler of water
beside your hand

the arch spans
high tide TV
show tearing
our walks a
genitive platform
codes deny

hillsidewise there
is a lost deja vu
brokeering the
glint’s perspect
in fading light

Healing 2

 Healing 2

Very happy to say my shoulder and clavicle injuries have healed well.

I still do the recovery exercises prescribed by doctors and I am now able

to drive and do most household chores.

So relatively things didn't come out very badly. We had the good fortune

of cool weather during our stay in Paris and we could at least visit

some of the places we had listed, the Musee d'Orsay, the house of

Victor Hugo, various cafes.......

And thankfully my injuries have healed well.

The Peace Bridge

This photo dates back to 2019 (yes). It shows a view of Derry, Ireland from the Peace Bridge. More on these topics are available using Blogspot's search app, as most people know. Reposted today in hopes of more peace around the globe.
